The Observation Phase

Our story begins with Tap N Go Pty Ltd, a company dedicated to equipping businesses with the best payment hardware in the market—specifically Nayax devices to car washes and laundromats.

While selling terminals, we identified a critical "blind spot" in the industry. The hardware was excellent at processing payments, but it created a barrier between the business and the customer. When a customer tapped their card or inserted a coin, they remained a stranger. We realised that without manually collecting details, something customers hate doing, the operators had no way to build loyalty or manage fleets. We knew there had to be a way to bridge the customer’s wallet to the operator’s business without forcing them to buy expensive new equipment.
